Ordering & Availability
How far in advance should I place my order?
Orders placed by Sunday evening are included in our weekly shipping cycle (Monday–Wednesday).
Do you bake every day?
No — we bake in weekly batches to ensure freshness. Availability varies based on inventory and seasonal demand.
Do items sell out?
Yes. We are a small-batch bakery and items often sell out, especially during the holidays. If a product is out of stock, click “Notify me when available” on its product page to receive an automatic email when it returns.
Shipping & Pickup
When will my order ship and arrive?
Orders placed by Sunday ship Monday–Wednesday. We ship to states where UPS delivers in three days or less. New England orders often arrive in 1 day.
How will I know when my package ships?
You’ll receive an email with your UPS tracking number once your order is on the way.
Seasonal Items
Which items are seasonal?
Some treats are available only at certain times of year:
• Lussekatter — Christmas season
• Semla (Lenten Bun) — January & February
• Pepparkaka — Holiday season
Seasonal items may be limited in quantity.
Local Pickup
Do you offer local pickup?
Since our pickup schedule varies, the best way to arrange a pickup is to email us directly. We’ll confirm if a pickup option is available that week.
What are your hours and can we come visit you?
We bake from a home kitchen, and as much as we love meeting customers, we do not have a brick-and-mortar bakery you can visit. Our online store is always open.

Can you bake for special events?
Yes — we can bake for parties, meetings, family gatherings, or Scandinavian fairs. Email us with:
• Event date
• Items + quantities
• Pickup availability

Do you make Princess Cake?
No, sorry.
Do you make Vört Limpa?
No, but our traditional Limpa is a customer favorite!
Ingredients & Allergies
Do your products contain common allergens?
Yes. Our bakery uses wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. We cannot guarantee any product to be allergen-free.
Do you offer gluten-free items?
Not at this time.
Do you provide ingredient lists?

Refunds & Customer Satisfaction
What is your refund policy?
We want our customers to be 100% delighted with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace or refund your order. Just contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Email a photo and your order number to HuldasSwedish@gmail.com, and we’ll make it right.
